Who am I?
Bay Le - MR. Bay is a certified Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Master, teacher, and energy healer, accredited by the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT – USA), and an official member of the International Association of Reiki Professionals (IARP). With a strong foundation in meditation, qigong, and energy science, he founded Anlong Healing Reiki – a sacred, conscious space dedicated to teaching and practicing Reiki, where the body, mind, and spirit are gently healed and reborn in loving light.
In 2025, he connected with and activated the sacred energy field known as the Anlong Dragon Pearl, modern energy healing practices.
His journey began in early childhood with a natural sensitivity to energy and self-healing abilities. Through years of study, international work experience, and connection with ancient healing lineages, he has received professional training in modern Reiki systems (Usui/Holy Fire® III and Karuna Reiki®), as well as mantra meditation, sound healing, and qigong-based therapies—developing a unique, integrative approach to holistic transformation.

Reiki I – Usui Holy Fire® III
Foundations of Energy Healing
Reiki I is the first level in the Usui Holy Fire® III system, designed for those seeking to explore self-healing and personal growth through universal life force energy.
Participants will:
• Learn the history, principles, and ethics of Reiki
• Receive the Holy Fire® III Reiki Placement (attunement)
• Practice hand positions and techniques for self-treatment
• Experience guided meditations and deep energetic cleansing
No prior experience is required. This course offers a solid foundation for anyone called to begin their Reiki journey with clarity, integrity, and heart.
Reiki II – Usui Holy Fire® III
The Practitioner’s Path
Reiki II deepens your connection to the healing energy of Reiki and prepares you to offer treatments to others with greater confidence and skill.
In this level, you will:
• Receive the Holy Fire® III Reiki II Placement
• Learn and work with the three sacred Reiki symbols
• Enhance your intuitive abilities and energetic sensitivity
• Practice distant/remote healing techniques
• Deepen your understanding of Reiki as a spiritual practice
This course expands your capacity to channel Reiki for emotional, mental, and long-distance healing — offering greater clarity, compassion, and effectiveness as a practitioner.

The Path of Mastery and Spiritual Awakening
This advanced level is for Reiki practitioners who feel called to deepen their healing practice, expand their spiritual awareness, and step into the role of teacher and guide.
In this course, you will:
• Receive the Holy Fire® III Master Ignitions
• Learn advanced healing techniques and the Master Symbol
• Explore the spiritual depth of Holy Fire® energy
• Learn how to attune and ignite others in Reiki I, II & Master levels
• Experience guided meditations, placements, and ignitions that support profound inner transformation
The Reiki Master training empowers you not only to heal, but also to inspire and initiate healing in others — with grace, integrity, and the light of Holy Fire®.

What is Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that channels universal life force energy to promote healing, balance, and inner peace. The word "Reiki" combines "Rei" (universal/spiritual) and "Ki" (life energy). It is a gentle, hands-on practice that supports the body's natural ability to heal on physical, emotional, and mental levels. Reiki is not a religion, requires no belief system, and involves no medication — making it a safe and holistic practice for people of all backgrounds and ages.
Founded by Mikao Usui in 1922 after a deep spiritual awakening on Mount Kurama, Reiki has since expanded globally and evolved into multiple systems such as Usui Reiki, Holy Fire® Reiki, and Karuna Reiki®. Practicing Reiki helps release energy blockages, reduce stress, restore harmony, and reconnect with your inner self. At its heart, Reiki is not just a healing method — it's a way of living with mindfulness, compassion, and awareness.
